Mangalorean Chicken Indad

Begin with the Mangalorean style, sweet and sour Mangalorean Chicken Indad served with sannas to mop up all that gravy. If you are vegetarian – try the Silken Tofu and Assorted Vegetable Indad. For a sumptuous feast, dig into the hearty Roast Duck Mappas inspired by the Christmas special from the Syrian Christian community kitchen, with black pepper, a special garam masala mix, coconut, and tempered with curry leaves.
