Review: Gush Beauty, a new-age skincare infused makeup brand that claims to replace 20 products with just 4
Ever struggled while packing your makeup kit because there are just too many products and no space to carry them? Ever ended up compromising your skin for a ‘flawless’ makeup look?
Gush Beauty is founded as an answer to these questions. It is a new-age, vegan, skincare-infused makeup brand, with multi-use products so that you don’t struggle with packing your makeup kit ever again!

Anjini Dhawan, brand ambassador of Gush Beauty
Founded by a Gen-Z entrepreneur Sheil Jain, Gush un-complicates the way you do your makeup with 4 quick fix wonders that do the job of 20. “I’ve always loved makeup, but felt disconnected with the current beauty narrative. From 14 step beauty routines to spilling makeup bags and hour-long YouTube tutorials, the beauty industry was getting overwhelming and things needed to evolve,” says Sheil, who set out to build an easy-to-navigate brand that’s fun, functional, and fuss-free, with products that work hard so you don’t have to.
Sheil and her team spent countless hours incorporating feedback from their consumers and went over several iterations to develop this clean beauty line. Ivory Station was sent a few products by the brand to review and to say we loved them would be an understatement!

Gush Beauty Eye Like Options
The packaging of Gush Beauty’s products is truly an ode to everything they stand for; young, vibrant, fun and fuss-free. Their first product line features a dual-ended felt tip eyeliner and kajal, a stackable face palette with blush, bronzer and highlighter, liquid lipsticks in five different colours, and an illuminating moisturiser.
February being the month of weddings, I found the perfect opportunity to try out Gush Beauty’s products over the course of wedding functions that lasted 6 to 8 hours.
I always felt having to carry an eyeliner and a kohl pencil separately was tedious. That’s where Gush came in with ‘Eye like Options’. Their dual ended felt tip eyeliner and kohl pencil is game-changing. The pencil glides effortlessly with a beautiful matte finish that is extremely long-lasting.
Eye like Options is priced at ₹850.

Gush Beauty Stacked in your Favour palette
Next up, is my favourite product of the lot, the ‘Stacked in your Favour’ multi-purpose face palette. This twist-and-stack portable palette packs in a creamy blush, glowy highlighter and easy contour. A special mention to the unique buttery formula; my fingers were enough to blend in the products and achieve a flawless finish. The blush gave a naturally flushed look to the cheeks and stayed on throughout the day. What’s more? These products are infused with shea butter and avocado oil, which hydrated and soothed my dry skin.
The Stacked in your Favour palette is available in two universally flattering shades and costs ₹1550:
Weekdays to Weekends
Pinch Me pale pink blush, Spill The Tea soft brown contour, Rose Quartz rose gold highlighter.
Day In & Day Out
Get Cheeky deep pink blush, Hot Cocoa deep brown contour, Summer Sun bronze highlighter.
